Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Blancsort websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Blancsort provides tools for invoicing, inventory, expenses, client management, reporting, and related business operations. Features may change over time as we improve the product. We may offer free, trial, or paid plans; plan details and pricing may be described separately when you subscribe.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials. If you use Google Sign-In, you are also responsible for securing your Google account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. The Service is intended for business use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except where permitted by law
• Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of business data you submit (invoices, inventory, clients, and similar content). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.

6. Subscriptions and payments

If you purchase a paid plan, fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented at checkout or in your billing settings. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

7. Intellectual property

Blancsort, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example Google Sign-In or email providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party products or outages outside our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR PHP 5,000 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the Philippines will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your location.
