Blancsort (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides invoicing, inventory, and related business tools for stores and teams. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Blancsort websites, apps, and related services (the “Service”).

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account information — such as name, email address, username, and password (if you create an account with email/password).
• Google Sign-In information — if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google according to the permissions you grant (typically your name, email address, and profile identifier). We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Business data you provide — such as store details, clients, invoices, inventory, expenses, invitations, and other content you enter into the Service.
• Technical and usage data — such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, app version, and logs used for security, debugging, and improving the Service.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Authenticate users (including Google Sign-In) and secure accounts
• Process invitations, store memberships, and role-based access
• Send transactional messages (for example password reset or invite emails)
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Google Sign-In

When you use Google Sign-In, Google authenticates you and shares limited profile data with us as described in Google’s policies and the scopes we request (generally email and profile). You can revoke Blancsort’s access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings. After revocation, you may need another sign-in method to access your Blancsort account if one is available.

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics), under obligations to protect your data
• Other users in your store, according to roles and permissions you or store owners configure (for example teammates who can view invoices)
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

We do not share Google user data with third parties for advertising or sell it.

6. Retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records may be retained where legally required or for legitimate business backups for a limited period.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (such as encrypted transport and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password where applicable and protect your devices.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at blancsort@jlocodes.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
